It is very possible to improve the quality of your life.  Simply take a look at where you are now, a snapshot scenario if you will, and without being overly critical and judgmental, but rather lovingly decide how and where you would like to see changes.

The great news is, we can control many aspects of our life with the right coaching and guidance, so why leave your fate up to chance.  Decide to live your life to the utmost realm.  It all boils down to the choices we make.

VerticalArtFitness (MarieClark)Love is the Key

There are many facets that contribute to one’s overall quality of life; however, health can be justly considered the most important attribute as factored in.  For without health, all other components of one’s life tend to be diminished and less futile depending on the severity and degree.

The first and most important step to improving quality of life is self-love.  Love is the key ingredient for good health resulting in wellness. Love yourself enough to want to love your life. Once you make this first and most important decision, the rest of the choices merely reflect and equate this decision.

Becoming more physical and improving nutrition help to bring about a better awareness of the body becoming more in tune which in effect attributes to overall generalized health and quality of life.

Nutrition

Fueling the body, providing adequate nutrients and energy is often taken for granted and sidelined by our choices dictated by the pallet.  Many have become accustomed to and acquire the taste of sweet and salty, and unhealthy fats.  Take the later for instance, fats are required and crucial to the human body, albeit healthy fats.  There’s a big difference between the two.

Quite honestly, it can be daunting and confusing to most when it comes to making healthy choices to improve nutrition.  To make it simple, here’s a very general guideline, as a start….in a *nut shell (*pun intended).

Eat as close and fresh to nature as possible.  Often referred to as clean eating.  This food is considered live containing the most nutrition for the human body.

Physical Activity

Get moving.  Think of any and all ways you can become more physical and incorporate them into your daily rituals until they become habitual.  At the same time, enlist the help of others.  Selecting a professional at all costs.  It’s true, we can’t put a price tag on health simply because it outweighs the exponential cost of ill health that many people suffer from today.

Even for myself as a Certified Personal Trainer, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been trained by IFBB Pro Fedel Clarke.  There’s definitely something to be said for experience which can’t be found on paper no matter how many textbooks and references you read.  We can all benefit from others.
